We may also, at our discretion, dispute such Chargeback through all available means, including involving third-party debt collection services, and you may be responsible for the cost of collection.

2.5. Additionally, if a Chargeback dispute is initiated, we reserve the right to issue an invoice or bill for any Product or Service sold and delivered to you. You agree to pay the invoice or bill in full, and failure to do so may lead to us pursuing legal and equitable remedies available by law.

You acknowledge and agree that if any Chargebacks are imposed on us by a Payment Method provider or third parties, including associated fees, fines, expenses, or penalties, as well as any processing or other fees incurred, we may recover these amounts by debiting your account or offsetting them against any amount owed to you.

Contesting Chargebacks

3.1. In the event of a Chargeback, you agree to cooperate and provide any necessary information requested by for the purpose of investigating and/or contesting the Chargeback. In the event you file a Chargeback, and it is resolved in favor of by the Payment Method provider, you must immediately terminate the Chargeback with the Payment Method provider and reimburse for any costs incurred in researching and responding to the Chargeback. This includes actual costs paid to the credit card processor or our banks, expenses paid to other third parties, and the reasonable value of the time of our employees and owners spent on the matter, as determined in our discretion in good faith.

6.3. If a Chargeback is placed or threatened on a purchase, reserves the right to report the incident to Chargeback abuser databases of our choosing and in our sole discretion. The information reported may include your name, email address, order date, order amount, IP address, full address, and phone number. Being listed in such databases may make it challenging or even impossible for you to use credit cards for future purchases with or other merchants. If you wish to be removed from the database, you must make payment to for any outstanding amount owed, plus an additional $150 for processing and handling, via wire transfer or any other means specified by us. All legal and collection fees accrued during this process will be added to the total collection amount owed.
